A little bit about me……

Hi, I am Kelly. A passionate believer & practitioner of Ancient Healing Health Arts. I have been a Reflexologist since 2012 & been leading sessions in Tai Chi Qigong since 2021.

Over the years, it became apparent that naturally I had the skills to lead people in finding ways to cope with & change their health for the better. I whole heartedly believe that we are our own ‘Self Healers’. My own personal journey with Tai Chi & Qigong was so powerful & life changing, I knew I had to train so that I could pass it onto others. Over the years, I have seen how Reflexology has helped to improve many clients’ physical & mental wellbeing; empowering them to take charge of their health. It amazes me every day. In 2023, I trained further in Level 5 Clinical Duopody Reflexology which is a modern, unique treatment where both feet are worked simultaneously & methodically together. I am fully insured and also a full member of the Association of Reflexologists.

In my clinic I also offer Acupressure Nurture Massage Therapy & work with clients on a one to one basis exploring Qigong therapeutically to improve health & wellbing.

Reflexology, Qigong & Acupressure are wonderful ancient healing modalities that can be hugely beneficial in reclaiming/restoring balance back to the body & mind. It fills me with gratitude & joy every day when people choose me to help guide them on their wellness journey.

Join me in discovering the many benefits that Reflexology, Acupressure & Tai Chi Qigong can bring to your body, mind & spirit.
